马来西亚珠宝公司被英国PE机构收购

英国知名PE投资机构BBE近日透漏，经过投资研究部3个月时期的考察与调研，计划向马来西亚成长最快的Fang Fong Jewellery Sdn Bhd注资3000万英镑，收购其71%的控制股权，据了解，双方已签订意向收购协议。

　　Fang Fong Jewellery Sdn Bhd创建1998年，是集黄金、钻石、宝石、玉器等研发、加工、跨国批发零售于一体的珠宝公司。总部位于马来西亚槟城，拥有分布在马来西亚、中东、印度等国生产、研发、销售等员工1000多人。
